What to expect - The Rental Warehouse Guidelines
This is a guide to The Rental Warehouse formal Terms and Conditions, this summary does not constitute a formal legal description. You are advised to discuss your responsibilities as a renter with our friendly staff.
- We charge NO application fees.
- Equipment such as TVs, DVDs, Video Cameras or Microwave Ovens are available on: Nightly Rates, Short Term Rates, or Long Term Rates.
- Large and or heavy items, such as Refrigerators, Freezers, Washers, Dryers and items of Furniture, are available on either Short Term, or Long Term rates.
- Where available items can be either up- or down-graded (for example a TV or Refrigerator) with an adjustment in rates, but with no penalty.
- Nightly rentals provide for the renter to pick up and return to our warehouse, while Short Term and Long Term rates include free delivery and pick-up in town (Toowoomba) or for a small fee up to 80 Km away.
- The renter accepts full responsibility for any loss and any damages whatsoever.
- While all straight rental agreements are made for an unspecified period (that is open-ended rather than for a fixed period), you are under no obligation to continue the agreement. When an agreement is ended, any arrears (or refund) will be calculated according to the lowest applicable rate with refunds payable and arrears receivable immediately. So no matter how long you rent, you are charged at the lowest applicable rate!
- Where an account is more than two months in arrears, The Rental Warehouse reserve the right to charge collection fees.
