How Rent 'N' Own works
You get to decide the item, the length of time of the Rent 'N' Own contract and your repayment frequency.
Terms (Summary)
- Ownership of the item(s) stays with The Rental Warehouse until the rental contract is paid and the pay-out amount is finalised. This means you have no right to sell or pawn the item(s) or use the item(s) as security on any type of loan. To do so is illegal and fraud charges will be laid against you.
- You must advise The Rental Warehouse of any change of address and or contact numbers of yourself and those used as references. You must advise change of circumstances eg. job change.
- You cannot move our equipment without telling us first.
- You cannot move out of our "service area" without finalising your contract first.
- Your account must remain in advance at all times.
- If the contract is breached then termination fees will apply.
- Any loss or damage is your responsibility.
